我从近几年的工作实践中,常常接触到一种特殊矛盾,就是一些部门的负责人汇报时诉说工作中的困难,往往涉及到领导班子之间,兄弟单位之间,以及上下左右的各种关系,深感关系复杂,工作难搞。我本人对此也深有体会,我们这些在改革浪潮中走上领导岗位的新干部,在工作中要想开拓创新有所建树,本身的难度就相当大,再加上这些特殊矛盾的掺和,干扰,工作更是难上加难,有些单位的支部书记和分队长(厂长),双方都有较强的责任
