快速评估模型在排水防涝规划中的应用还处于研究阶段,该模型搭建简单,但是应用条件限制很多,需要建模人员特别注意的地方较多。通过对雨水排除能力、设计降雨以及模型计算稳定性的分析,给出了该模型在构建时对应问题的处理方法。研究表明,对于出水口附近地势较为平坦、地势单一、河道顶托不严重、受客水影响较小的地区,适合快速评估模型的建立;地形建筑面的拔高对模型结果有很大影响,建议不拔高建筑,尽量使DEM在反映实际地形的基础上做得平滑些,网格大小尽量不超过道路的宽度,建议取10 m×10 m,时间步长建议取0.1 s。
The application of rapid assessment model in drainage waterlogging prevention planning is still in the research stage. The model is simple to set up, but the application conditions are limited and there are many places that require special attention from the modelers. Based on the analysis of rainwater removal ability, design rainfall and the stability of model calculation, the corresponding treatment of the model in construction is given. The research shows that it is suitable for the rapid assessment of the model in the areas of relatively flat terrain, single topography, small watercourse support and small impact on passenger water near the outlet, and the establishment of a rapid assessment model is very suitable for this area. Do not pull high buildings, try to make DEM reflect the actual topography on the basis of smoother, the grid size try not to exceed the width of the road, it is recommended to take 10 m × 10 m, the proposed time step 0.1 s.
