采用反相高效液相色谱法检测了润肌皮肤膏的主要成分之一的松香酸。实验选用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇和20mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH2.25)为流动相,等度洗脱(85:15),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为241 nm。松香酸在4.66~125μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性良好,相关系数为0.9990,峰面积的相对标准偏差为1.5%,加标回收率为95.0%~101.3%。方法可用于测定润肌皮肤膏中松香酸的含量。
Inverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine abietic acid, one of the major constituents of the moistening skin cream. SinoChrom ODS-BP column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), methanol and 20mmol / L phosphate buffer (pH2.25) were used as the mobile phase and the isocratic elution was carried out at a flow rate of 1 mL / min, the detection wavelength is 241 nm. The linear range of abscisic acid to peak area was 4.66 ~ 125μg / mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990, the relative standard deviation of peak area was 1.5%, and the recovery was 95.0% ~ 101.3%. The method can be used to determine the content of rosin acid in the moistening skin cream.
