人力资源是企业最宝贵的财富,员工培训是企业人力资源开发的根本途径之一,有效的培训激励机制是提高员工培训质量的有效手段。本文从分析当前邵阳烟草员工在职教育培训激励机制不足的现状入手,对企业在规范员工教育培训体系过程中如何有效发挥培训的激励作用提出思考和建议。
Human resources are the most valuable asset of an enterprise. Staff training is one of the fundamental ways of human resource development in an enterprise. Effective training of incentive mechanism is an effective way to improve the quality of staff training. This article starts with analyzing the present situation of insufficient incentive system for in-service education and training of Shaoyang tobacco employees, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to effectively stimulate the training of enterprises in standardizing employee education and training system.
