随着科学技术的不断更新,信息数字化建设逐渐成为各行业领域改善工作效率和调整全局战略的必由之路。人事档案管理作为档案管理的重要组成之一,是单位管理转向制度化、规范化、科学化发展的重要标志,也是不断提高单位管理水平的基础需要,因而推动信息数字化建设对档案事业整体发展至关重要。本文以人事档案管理为主要研究对象,围绕人事档案信息数字化建设的意义及其实践路径进行了综合分析,以期为进一步优化人事档案管理效率拓展思路,助力单位档案管理整体水平的提高。
