介绍了784MPa 级奥氏体不锈钢焊条的研究过程,并着重介绍了确定成分系类型、金相组织和合金元素、主要强化元素的技术方法,同时通过对用于焊缝金属的舍夫勒组织图中奥氏体+铁素体组织区内的成分与组织对焊条熔敷金属性能影响规律的研究,合理地设计了焊丝化学成分,从而使焊条的各项性能达到了技术指标要求。
