班级思想政治工作的理想境界是学生自己教育自己,要使这一境界得以实现,首先要有与之相适应的班级管理体制。为此,我们试行了“双线交叉,纵横交错”管理方法,收到了较好的效果。所谓“双线”,是指设两套班级“领导班子”,即常务班委和执行班委。常务班委由选举、推荐或自荐产生(在各组中产生),执行班委由全班其余同学轮流担任(轮流在某组内产生)。常务班委任期一学期或一学年,执行班委任期两周或四周。常务班委可以使班级工作具有计划性和连续性,执行班委则可以使班级工作吸收全体同学的智慧,具有广泛性、生动性和不断创新的特征。
The ideal realm of class ideological and political work is that students themselves educate themselves. To make this realm realizable, we must first have a class management system that is appropriate to it. To this end, we tried a “double-crossing, crisscrossing” management approach and received good results. The so-called “double-line” refers to the establishment of two sets of “leaders”, that is, standing committees and executive committees. The standing committee is elected, recommended, or self-produced (generated in each group). The executive committee is alternated by the rest of the class (generated in a group in turn). The term of the regular class is one semester or one school year. The implementation period of the executive class is two weeks or four weeks. The Standing Committee can make the work in the class plan and continuous. The Executive Committee can make the work of the class absorb the wisdom of all the students, with the characteristics of extensiveness, vividness and constant innovation.
