The occurrence of ovarian cancer is a result of multi-stage interaction of proto-oncogene and tumor suppressor gene related to cell proliferation and differentiation. Currently, there is a hot issue in the fields of basic medicine and clinical medicine. The PI3K-AKT signaling pathway is deregulated in a wide spectrum of human tumors and leads to the development of tumors. Tumor therapy targeting key constitutively activated PI3K-AKT signaling pathways In depth. PIK3CA and AKT2 are important factors involved in this signaling pathway. PTEN is an important regulator of this signaling pathway. There are few reports on carcinogenesis and other related studies in the ovary. Now briefly reviewed the above three kinds of gene research progress.
