通过对棉花的黄萎、枯萎、立枯丝核三种病原菌的混合液进行杀菌剂、土壤有益微生物的抑菌圈试验,并对各种处理的种子进行接菌抗病试验。农药抑菌试验结果表明,五种农药均对棉花致病菌有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,敌克松的抑制作用最强,其次是百菌清和杀毒矾。土壤有益微生物的抑菌结果表明,81956A的抑菌效果最好,其它各有益菌体均具有不同程度的抑菌作用。接菌抗病试验结果有两种情况:常温下,各种处理均对病原菌有抑制作用,减少棉苗发病率以A61种81956A最高,分别比对照少2.5%和2.3%;齐苗后移入高温下,防病效果比较好的是A61和保苗剂2号。81956A的防病效果好于敌克松拌种和对照,发病率比对照减少4.6%。
