目的：为了从珍贵药材野山参的少量根须提取ＤＮＡ，同时尽量保持野山参形态的完整，特研究本方法。方法：我们改进了ＣＴＡＢ提取法，设计了一种简捷的ＤＮＡ制备方案。结果：从０．００１ｇ人参根须提取ＤＮＡ，得率达２２５０μｇ／ｇ。结论：ＲＡＰＤ扩增效果良好，可作其他药材微量组织提取ＤＮＡ的参考方法。
Objective: To study the method of extracting DNA from a small amount of roots of wild medicinal wild ginseng, while maintaining the integrity of wild ginseng morphology. Methods: We improved the CTAB extraction method and designed a simple DNA preparation protocol. RESULTS: DNA was extracted from 0.001g ginseng root and the yield was 2250μg/g. Conclusion: RAPD has good amplification effect and can be used as a reference method for extracting DNA from other herbs.
