高素质技能型人才的素质表现为以下三个方面:一是职业技能;二是职场应变能力;三是专业创新能力。我院国际经济与贸易专业根据市场调查人才需求的特点,以就业为导向,以外贸岗位需求为依托并参照相关职业资格标准,明确人才培养目标,优化课程体系,改革教学内容,加强学生职业技能实训,重视学生综合素质培育,突出学生创新能力培养,实现毕业生“零距离就业”。 The quality of high-quality and skilled personnel is represented by the following three aspects: first, professional skills; second, workplace resilience; and third, professional innovation. The international economics and trade majors of our college are based on the characteristics of market research talent demand, employment-oriented, relying on the needs of foreign trade posts and referring to relevant vocational qualification standards, clarifying the objectives of talent cultivation, optimizing the curriculum system, reforming the teaching content, and strengthening the vocational skills of students. Practical training, attention to the cultivation of students’ overall quality, highlighting the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, and achieving graduates’ zero-distance employment.
