员工培训对于提高国企员工素质,增强国企综合竞争力有着重要的现实意义。近年来,国有企业不断探索员工培训工作,本文结合北京市某规划院培训实践情况,进行了相应的对策研究。
Staff training is of great practical significance for improving the quality of state employees and enhancing the overall competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. In recent years, state-owned enterprises continue to explore the work of staff training. Based on the training practice of a planning institute in Beijing, this paper studies the countermeasures.
