改革开放30多年来,中国的教育事业取得了翻天覆地的变化,各项事业蒸蒸日上,但另一方面由于地域、经济条件、民族特性等诸多因素使得边疆少数民族教育在取得较大进步的同时也与非边疆地区教育产生了巨大的差距,而对于这一氛围下的广大高中生来说更表现出了自己的一些特点。作为在教学一线并承担班主任工作的教师来说,如何做好学生的思想工作,把握其意识形态显得非常重要。
Over 30 years of reform and opening up, education in China has made tremendous changes and various undertakings have thrived. On the other hand, due to many factors such as geographical and economic conditions and ethnic characteristics, the education of ethnic minorities in the border areas has made great strides while Non-frontier education has produced a huge gap, but for the majority of high school students in this atmosphere is more demonstrated some of their own characteristics. As a teacher in front of the teaching and to undertake the work of the class teacher, it is very important how to do a good job of students’ ideological work and grasp their ideology.
