对一根运行5a后的乙烯裂解炉管的组织和性能分析结果表明,经长期运行后炉 管材料的蠕变断裂性能降低,管壁减薄。提出了考虑裂解管蠕变损伤和减薄损伤的剩 余寿命预测方法。
The analysis of microstructure and properties of an ethylene pyrolysis tube after running 5a shows that the tube wall is thinned after creep rupture after long-term operation. A method to predict the remaining life of cracked pipe considering creep and thinning damage is proposed.
