用装备有文杜里充气器和可调节泡沫刮出厚度系统的实验室型浮选柱研究了烷基苯酚基乙氧基表面活性剂对在纸浆脱墨浮选过程中水、固体颗粒和表面活性剂转移的影响。为了着重研究表面活性剂浓度对水/颗粒在泡沫中转移的影响,在浮选试验中没有采用清洗水。表面张力和接触角测量结果表明,随着表面活性剂浓度的增大,纸浆起泡性能增强,气泡兼并作用减弱,油墨/纸浆接触角减小,所以,泡沫中的含水量和充气纸浆中的含气量增大,油墨的可浮性降低。并用数学模型解释了脱墨浮选过程。
