根据Urist等人的方法制备人胚胎骨全脱钙和部分脱钙骨基质明胶(bonematrixgelatin,BMG),同时采用这两种材料修复家兔下颌骨体部1cm×0.5cm大小全层缺损,以自体骨移植和未植骨作对照,通过大体观察,X线观察和组织学切片来评价修复效果,结果显示:植骨组与自体骨移植组修复较好,与未植骨组比较差异有显著意义。说明胚胎骨BMG是一种可供选择的骨修复材料。
According to the method of Urist et al., Human embryo bone decalcification and partially decalcified bone matrix gelatin (BMG) were prepared. Both materials were used to repair full-thickness defects of 1cm × 0.5cm in the mandible of rabbits. Autologous bone graft and non-bone graft as a control, through the general observation, X-ray observation and histological sections to evaluate the repair effect, the results showed: bone graft group and autologous bone graft group repair is better, compared with the non-bone graft group, the difference was significant significance. Description Embryo Bone BMG is an alternative bone repair material.
