本文通过五个不同温度的实验,编制成蚊生命表。说明:①成虫前期发育历期随温度的上升而缩短;卵的存活率是影响成虫前期存活率的主要因素;②各个实验温度的成蚊存活率随年龄的增长呈恒定的百分率下降,其存活率曲线都与SlobodkinⅢ型相似;③成蚊预期寿命与温度呈负相关,回归系数b值均有显著性(P<0.001);④不同温度的成蚊预期寿命,用生殖营养周期换算为生理龄期,更能说明寿命与流行病学的关系,并在五个实验温度中,25℃似乎更有利于登革热的传播。
