“文风”,顧名思义,就是文章的风格。文章是用语言文字表达人们的思想认识的。它是内容和形式的统一。因此,文风也就包括内容和形式的风格两个方面。不能把文风问题简单地理解为形式问题。我们说,毛主席的文章是好文风的典范。这首先指它的内容是马克思列宁主义和中国革命实际相结合的,如实地反映了客观世界。其次,它的形式是民族的,为群众所喜闻乐见的。而且,它的形式恰好能完善地表现出它的内容。现在的问题是,我们需要建立什么样的文风?好文风的标准是什么?我願意就这个问题发表些不成熟的意见。毛主席最近要求我们,文章要具备准确性、鲜明性、生动性。我以为,这是具体地提出了文风的标准,为我们指出了努力的目标。但是,我们应该怎样去理解这几项标准呢? “Style of writing”, as the name suggests, is the style of the article.
