基于任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿廓数学模型,构建了双圆弧齿轮齿根过渡曲线曲率半径的计算公式,验证了曲率半径计算公式的准确性;提出了齿根任一点局部应力的折截面法计算数学模型,并验证了其精确度;重点应用齿根应力计算数学模型分析讨论了不同参数条件下曲率半径对齿根应力的影响。其分析结果将为双圆弧齿轮设计、参数优化选择等提供参考依据。
Based on the mathematical model of tooth profile of double circular arc gears with arbitrary angular position, the formula of the radius of curvature of the double circular arc gear tooth root transition curve is constructed, which verifies the accuracy of the formula of the radius of curvature. Section method to calculate the mathematical model, and verify its accuracy; stress analysis of tooth root stress with different parameters under different conditions is mainly discussed. The analysis results will provide a reference for double circular arc gear design, parameter optimization and so on.
