(1)文章主题明确,材料真实,结构严谨,文字简明准确,符合创新性、科学性、实用性原则,学术类、专题类、综述类论文一般不超过6000字,其他文稿4000字以内为宜。(2)文章题目不超过20字,提供5～8个中文关键词,200～300字的中文摘要,并翻译成英文;同时还需提供作者单位及英文名称,作者姓名及汉语拼音,城市名及邮政编码。
