根据国土资源部对全国51个重点城市定期定点监测,我国城市地价与上年同期相比城市综合地价增长6.08%。其中,商业地价增长6.67%:居住地价增长8.94%;工业地价增长1.92%。各重点区域城市地价增长情况分别为:长江三角洲6.90%,珠江三角洲1.84%,京津两市5.76%。4月17日,国家发改委和国家统计局发布消息表示,一季度全国35个大中城市房地产市场价格持续上涨,房屋销售价格上涨9.8%,商品住宅价格上涨10.5%。其中,上海房价涨幅最大,达到19.1%,房价增长接近两成。目前,调控部分地区房价过快上涨已经成为中央的一项重要决策。
