在知识经济时代,企业参与的竞争也就是人才竞争。人力资源管理的目标就是发现人才,是企业管理的重要环节。在市场竞争如此激烈的现代社会,国有企业一直保持着主导地位,提高国有企业的核心竞争力,就是要加强对人力资源的管理。本文主要阐述了人力资源管理在社会主义市场经济下的重要作用,以及在我国人力资源管理中所存在的问题和解决的对策。
In the era of knowledge economy, the competition that enterprises participate in is talent competition. The goal of human resources management is to find talent, is an important part of business management. In a modern society where market competition is so fierce, state-owned enterprises have always maintained their dominance. To enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises is to strengthen the management of human resources. This article mainly elaborates the important role of human resource management in the socialist market economy, as well as the problems and solutions in the human resources management in our country.
