针对可持续发展定量评价问题,该文提出了将具有空间分析优势的GIS技术与具有定量分析特色的生态足迹理论相结合的方法,并将该方法用于江西省可持续发展评价。文章利用1990年、2000年、2008年3个时期的统计数据与空间信息数据,分别从全区域与其子区域两个层次,计算了生态足迹、生态承载力与生态赤字(盈余)。分析表明,江西省在3个时期均出现了生态赤字,且持续增大,全流域的可持续性向不利的方向发展。在各子区域中,可持续发展水平较差的区域有新余市、萍乡市;较好的区域有赣州市、上饶市。空间分布方面,可持续发展水平较高的区域主要分布在南部与东部,较低的区域主要分布中部与东北部。
In view of the quantitative evaluation of sustainable development, this paper proposes a method combining the GIS technology with the advantages of spatial analysis with the theory of ecological footprint with quantitative analysis, and applies the method to the evaluation of sustainable development in Jiangxi Province. The article calculated the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit (surplus) from the two levels of the whole region and its sub-regions respectively using the statistical data and spatial information data of 1990, 2000 and 2008. The analysis shows that all the ecological deficits occurred in Jiangxi Province during the three periods and continue to increase, and the sustainability of the whole basin has moved in a negative direction. Among the sub-regions, Xinyu City and Pingxiang City are the areas with the worse sustainable development level. The better areas are Ganzhou City and Shangrao City. In terms of spatial distribution, the regions with higher sustainable development are mainly distributed in the southern and eastern parts, while the lower parts are mainly distributed in the central and northeast parts.
