我区对晋县、灵寿县进行肠道寄生虫的调查。在5898人中共查出寄生虫10种,其中蛔虫和蛲虫感染率分别为28.8％和7.6％,其他寄生虫感染率为0.02—0.4％。位于平原区的晋县人群寄生虫感染率为28.8％,地处太行山区的灵寿县的为34.5％;两县城镇和农村感染率分别为15.3％和38.2％;学龄前儿童感染率为52.4％,高于其他职业人群(P<0.01)。此次调查为我区寄生虫病防治提供了科学资料。
My district of Jinxian, Lingshou County, intestinal parasites investigation. Among 5898 people, 10 kinds of parasites were detected, among which the infection rates of roundworms and pinworms were 28.8% and 7.6% respectively, and the rates of other parasites were 0.02-0.4%. The infective rate of parasites in Jinxian County, located in plain area, was 28.8%, and in Lingshou County, Taihang Mountains was 34.5%. The infection rates in urban and rural areas in both counties were 15.3% and 38.2% respectively. The prevalence of pre-school children was 52.4 %, Higher than other occupational groups (P <0.01). The survey provides scientific information for the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases in our district.
