跳远是古代的奥林匹克竞赛及古希腊五项运动里都有的一个项目,是现在学校体育教学和田径比赛的主要项目之一。练习跳远能发展人的速度、弹跳力和灵巧性,并能增强心脏等内脏器官的功能,增进身体的健康。跳远的场地设备比较简单,学习跳远又比较容易,因此青少年们比较喜欢这项运动。助跑是跳远的重要技术环节之一,它是取得优异成绩的关键,但是大多数的运动员往往处理不好,笔者多年从事跳远的教学与训练工作总结了一些常见的错误助跑动作供参考。
Long jump is an ancient Olympic Games and the ancient Greek five campaigns have a project, is now the school physical education and track and field competitions one of the major projects. Practice long jump can develop people’s speed, jumping ability and dexterity, and can enhance the function of heart and other internal organs and enhance physical health. Long jump venue equipment is relatively simple, learning long jump is relatively easy, so young people prefer this sport. The run is one of the important technical aspects of long jump. It is the key to excellent results. However, most athletes often do not handle well. The author engaged in long-distance teaching and training for many years summarized some common mistakes in running for reference.
