目的了解北京市平谷区各类食品食源性致病菌污染状况,为控制和减少食源性疾病提供依据。方法按照《2014年食源性疾病监测工作手册》要求,在北京市平谷区辖区内抽取8类180件食品,监测食源性致病菌和大肠菌群等10个微生物指标。结果 2014年北京市平谷区食源性致病菌总检出率为6.7%(12/180),共检出3种致病菌:单增李斯特菌检出率为3.3%(4/120)、副溶血弧菌检出率为20.0%(6/30)、金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为1.4%(2/140)。结论北京市平谷区食品中有一定程度的食源性致病菌污染,存在发生食源性疾病的隐患。应继续加强食品安全风险监测工作,采取有效控制措施,减少可能引起食源性疾病的危险因素。
Objective To understand the status of food-borne pathogens in Pinggu District of Beijing, and to provide basis for controlling and reducing food-borne diseases. Methods According to the requirements of Food Safety Surveillance Manual 2014, 180 foodstuffs of 8 categories were collected in the area of Pinggu District of Beijing to monitor 10 microbial indicators such as food-borne pathogens and coliform bacteria. Results The total detectable rate of foodborne pathogens in Pinggu District in Beijing in 2014 was 6.7% (12/180). Three kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected: the detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes was 3.3% (4/120 ), Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection rate was 20.0% (6/30), Staphylococcus aureus detection rate was 1.4% (2/140). Conclusion There is a certain degree of contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in food in Pinggu District of Beijing City, which causes hidden dangers of food-borne diseases. Monitoring of food safety risks should continue to be strengthened and effective control measures should be taken to reduce the risk factors that may cause foodborne diseases.
