油气管道维抢修换管作业中通常会进行死口组对工作,不仅难度较大,且耗时较长。目前我国尚无针对不同管径的死口组对标准,管工解决死口组对问题通常凭借自身工作经验和传统操作方法,施工误差较大。为了提高长输管道死口组对效率和质量,对各类死口组对情况,尤其是管道异面情况下的组对进行了分析。通过对固定管口与中间短节组对的平面投影分析,给出了固定管口下料计算公式;运用空间解析几何方法,重点对中间短节的下料方法进行了分析,并通过数学建模和参数化方程,最终给出了死口组对中间短节的下料计算公式和操作方法。
Maintenance of oil and gas pipelines Victoria grab pipe operations usually carry out the work of the dead set, not only more difficult and longer time-consuming. At present, there are no standards for dead mouth in different diameter groups in our country. The supervisors usually solve the problems of dead mouth group by virtue of their own working experience and traditional operating methods, and the construction error is relatively large. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the dead-mouth group of long-distance pipelines, the author analyzes the situation of all kinds of dead-mouth groups, especially the case of different face conditions of pipelines. Through the plane projection analysis of the fixed nozzle and the middle short pair, the formula of the fixed nozzle discharge is given. By using the method of spatial analytic geometry, the method of cutting the middle short section is analyzed emphatically. Finally, the calculation formula and operation method for the cut-off of the middle short section of the dead-mouth group are given.
