为正确引导食物结构调整,促进食物消费与生产协调发展,不断提高人民的营养水平和身体素质,采用研究居民历年食物消费和膳食营养评价的方法,发现河北省营养问题是优质蛋白质偏少,城市居民膳食脂肪偏多,某些微量营养素不足及食盐摄入量居高不下。据此,针对性地提出该省食物结构改革战略目标是坚持以植物性食物为主,粮菜多样化,适度增加动物性食品和豆类,降低食盐用量,城市居民还要降低脂肪消费。对实现目标的措施也做了论述。
In order to correctly guide the food structure adjustment, promote the coordinated development of food consumption and production, and continuously improve people’s nutrition and physical fitness, adopting the method of studying residents’ food consumption and dietary nutrition over the years, we found that the nutritional problems of Hebei Province are that the quality of protein is low, Residents dietary fat is too much, some lack of micronutrients and salt intake remained high. Accordingly, it is proposed that the strategic goal of the province’s food structure reform is to adhere mainly to plant foods, to diversify foodstuffs, to moderately increase animal foods and beans, to reduce salt consumption, and to reduce urban residents’ consumption of fat. The measures to achieve the goal are also discussed.
