目的:建立益智药材中诺卡酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法测定益智中诺卡酮的含量。色谱柱:Wa-tersACQUITYUPLCTMBEHCl8(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm);流动相:乙腈-水(48∶52);检测波长:238nm;流速:0.3mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果:诺卡酮与其他成分分离良好;诺卡酮进样量在0.021~0.129μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率(n=6)为98.9%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定益智药材中诺卡酮含量。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of nootkatone in Chinese medicinal materials. Methods: The content of nootkatone in the puzzle was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Column: Wa-ters ACQUITY UPLC TMBEHCl8 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (48:52); detection wavelength: 238 nm; flow rate: 0.3 mL.min-1; RESULTS: Nootkatone was well separated from other components. The norepinephrine injection showed a good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the range of 0.021-0.129 μg with an average recovery of 98.9% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of nootkatone in medicinal herbs.
