Q我们公司有位实习生已经实习一年有余,而且今年即将毕业,公司计划录用为正式员工,但双方还未签订劳动合同。今夭收到实习生提交的就业协议,希望公司能盖章确认,此协议的法律效力如何,我们在处理上需要注意什么?如果公司有意正式录用,是不是先签订劳动合同再签这个比较安全一些?但如果暂时不同意签订劳动合同时,如何处理?
