本文采用大鼠在大气不同污染物浓度的环境中自然吸入暴露一定时间,处死后测定大鼠肺灌洗中肺巨噬细胞,(PMΦ)数、PMΦFe受体数、脾和肺有关淋巴结(LALN)的抗体形成细胞(PFC)和T淋巴细胞转化试验。结果大鼠在相对清洁区、居住区自然吸入105d后,上述指标均未发生变化。大鼠在煤气厂碳叱炉车间吸入一个月后,除PMΦ数无变化外,PMΦ的Fe受体数呈先激活后抑制的双相反应,LALN的PFG数和脾脏T淋巴细胞转化功能均受到抑制。
In this study, rats were exposed to natural air for different times with different concentrations of air pollutants. After the rats were sacrificed, the number of pulmonary macrophages (PMΦ), the number of PMΦFe receptors, the spleen and lung-related lymph nodes (LALN ) Antibody-forming cells (PFCs) and T lymphocyte transformation assays. Results Rats in relatively clean area, inhalation area 105d after natural inhalation, the above indicators have not changed. One month after inhalation of the carboniferous furnace in the gas plant, the number of Fe receptors in PMΦ showed a biphasic response after being activated first, and the number of PFGs in LALN and the transformation function of splenic T lymphocytes were all affected inhibition.
