采用等温压缩试验研究了一种AlLiCuMgZr 合金高温塑性变形过程中的不均匀变形现象。压缩变形时的不均匀变形程度随变形温度的升高而增大, 随Z参数的增大而减小。其直接原因是样品和压头间的接触摩擦条件随温度升高和Z值的降低而恶化, 并导致样品出现腰鼓和侧翻等不均匀变化现象。合金压缩时的温度分布不均也是导致出现不均匀变形的原因之一。
Isothermal compression test was used to study the inhomogeneous deformation in a high temperature plastic deformation process of AlLiCuMgZr alloy. The degree of non-uniform deformation during compression deformation increases with the increase of deformation temperature and decreases with the increase of Z parameter. The direct reason is that the contact friction between the sample and the indenter deteriorates with the increase of the temperature and the decrease of the Z value, which leads to the nonuniform change of the drum and the rollover of the sample. The uneven temperature distribution during the compression of the alloy is also one of the causes of the uneven deformation.
