通过对CCD采样过程的分析,说明了输入信号与CCD像元位相匹配对调制传递函数(MTF)有影响。利用自制的MTF测量装置,在两个像元长度范围内,测定了线阵CCD的MTF随输入信号与CCD像元之间的位相而变化的情况,实验结果与理论结果吻合
Through the analysis of the CCD sampling process, it shows that the matching of the input signal with the CCD pixel has an influence on the modulation transfer function (MTF). The self-made MTF measuring device was used to measure the MTF of the linear CCD with the phase difference between the input signal and the CCD pixel within two pixel lengths. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical results
