随着外部环境不确定性的增加,企业获取竞争优势的首选路径已经转移到专注于核心专长和隐性能力上来,而更倾向于把非核心专长的业务或所需要的显性能力,外包给专业性的服务公司。通过服务外包,能够降低企业运营成本,提高组织运作效率。然而,在实施中许多企业疏忽对承包商的监管,这不仅没有给企业带来应有的效益,反而让企业蒙受损失。对此,企业应加以高度重视,采取相应的对策加强监管力度,促使服务外包的实施朝着企业预期的效果发展。

Through service outsourcing, enterprises can reduce operating costs and improve the operational efficiency of the organization.
