目的:探讨脑缺血对小肠形态学的影响,为临床脑血管病患者防止小肠病变提供理论依据。方法:用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉制备局灶脑梗塞模型,在电子显微镜下观察脑缺血4小时后小肠的病理形态变化,并与正常对照组相比。结果:大脑中动脉栓塞后大鼠胃出现小肠绒毛变短变粗、杯状细胞增多及大量炎细胞浸润等病理形态学改变。结论:大脑中动脉栓塞后可引起小肠的相应病理学改变。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cerebral ischemia on the morphology of small intestine, and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention of pathological changes of small intestine in patients with clinical cerebrovascular disease. Methods: The model of focal cerebral infarction was established by thrombus embolization of the right middle cerebral artery in rats. The pathological changes of the small intestine after 4 hours of cerebral ischemia were observed under the electron microscope and compared with the normal control group. Results: After the middle cerebral artery occlusion, the appetizer villi in the rat intestine became shorter and thicker, the goblet cells increased and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological changes. Conclusion: The middle cerebral artery embolization can cause the corresponding pathological changes in the small intestine.
