本文对高压蒸汽在倾斜管内的冷凝传热特性进行了试验研究。管内蒸汽压力范围为3~7 MPa,质量流量范围为60~210 kg/h,管外为大气压下饱和池沸腾条件,得到了管内进出口温度、管外壁温分布等参数的变化规律。并将传热关联式计算结果与实验结果进行了对比。分析了管外壁温沿管长及周向的分布特性,为优化设计先进压水堆二次侧非能动余热排出系统及其他相关工程应用提供了依据。
In this paper, the experimental study on the condensation heat transfer characteristics of high pressure steam in inclined tubes was carried out. The steam pressure in the pipe ranged from 3 to 7 MPa, the mass flow rate ranged from 60 to 210 kg / h and the saturation temperature inside the pipe was the same as the atmospheric pressure. The variation of inlet and outlet temperatures and the temperature distribution of the outer wall of the pipe was obtained. The heat transfer correlation calculation results are compared with the experimental results. The distribution of tube wall temperature along the tube length and circumference is analyzed, which provides the basis for optimizing the design of the secondary side passive residual heat removal system of the PWR and other related engineering applications.
