目的研究角色扮演情境教学法在基础护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2010级统招三年制护理101班、102班学生为实验组,护理103班、104班为对照组,实验组在实验教学中运用角色扮演情境教学法,对照组采用普通教学法。结果实验组学生护理技能考核成绩及基础护理学期末理论成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组学生对本组使用的角色扮演情境教学法持肯定态度的人数比例多于对照组学生对本组使用的传统教学法持肯定态度的人数比例(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演情境教学法可提高学生的护理实践技能和基础护理学的教学质量。
Objective To study the application effect of situational situation teaching in basic nursing teaching. Methods A total of 101 classes of three-year nursing education in 2010 were enrolled in this study. Class 102 students were experimental group, nursing class 103 and class 104 as control group. The experimental group used the situational teaching method in experimental teaching and the ordinary group in control group. Results The score of nursing skill examination and the theoretical score of basic nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The proportion of experimental students in the affirmative attitudes towards the VR teaching method used in this group was higher than that of the control students who used the traditional teaching method in this group (P <0.05). Conclusions Role-playing situational teaching method can improve students’ nursing practice skills and teaching quality of basic nursing science.
