本文主要介绍环境气氛对贵金属电接触点材料性能的影响。在电接触点元件的周围环境中有各种各样的气氛,如湿气、二氧化硫、硫化氢、有机蒸汽、盐雾等。这些气氛吸附或凝集在材料表面上,使电接触点材料的接触电阻增高,因而使电接触点元件的可靠性降低,缩短使用寿命。接触电阻增加越高,表明材料的抗蚀性能越差。
This article describes the impact of ambient atmosphere on the performance of precious metal electrical contact materials. There are a variety of atmospheres in the ambient environment of electrical contact elements such as moisture, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, organic vapors, salt fog and the like. These atmospheres adsorb or agglutinate on the surface of the material, increasing the contact resistance of the electrical contact material, thereby reducing the reliability of the electrical contact members and shortening the service life. The higher the contact resistance, the worse the corrosion resistance of the material.
