在煤矿员工的违规行为中,安监人员的影响不容忽视。安全管理工作的效果往往和管理者的管理风格有直接的关系。通过问卷调查法,以310名煤矿企业安监人员为样本,分析员工违规情境下安监人员的管理风格,进而研究影响管理风格的因素。通过SPSS统计分析发现,煤矿企业安监人员主要存在命令式、教练式、支持式3种管理风格。借助计划行为理论,探讨安监人员的行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制对其管理行为的影响,并将3个主要变量与样本显示的3种管理风格进行相关分析,结果表明,安监人员对安监工作的认识、对员工工作的认知、对员工违规的归因与不同的管理风格相互影响。煤炭企业严格的科层性使授权式管理风格缺失,表明组织的科层性对管理风格产生了较大的影响。
In the coal mine staff violations, the impact of safety supervision personnel can not be ignored. The effectiveness of safety management is often directly related to the manager’s management style. By means of questionnaire survey, taking the 310 safety supervision personnel of coal mining enterprises as samples, this paper analyzes the management style of safety supervision personnel under the situation of violation of regulations, and then studies the factors that affect the management style. Through the SPSS statistical analysis, it is found that there are mainly three kinds of management style of command, coaching and support in safety monitoring personnel of coal mine enterprises. With the help of the plan behavior theory, this paper explores the influence of the safety supervision staff’s behavior attitude, subjective norms and perceptual behavior control on their management behavior, and makes a correlation analysis of the three main variables and the three management styles displayed in the sample. The results show that safety supervision staff Awareness of the work of safety supervision, staff awareness of the work, attribution of staff irregularities and different management styles affect each other. The strict hierarchy of coal enterprises makes the lack of empowerment management style, indicating that the organizational hierarchy has a greater impact on management style.
