此文主要介绍了可控震源电液伺服系统的工作原理、组成和设计方法,主要部件如何选用及注意点,系统动静态精度计算,并根据控制理论,研究及推导了工程设计上近似的有关系统开环、闭环传递函数,分析了系统的主要参数。在系统静态精度计算上提出了计算方法,推导了有关公式,并进行了主要性能测试。本文对类似的电液伺服系统设计如大流量的电液伺服系统装置(大型油压振动试验台、疲劳试验机等)有一定的参考价值。
This paper mainly introduces the working principle, composition and design method of vibrator electro-hydraulic servo system, how to select and pay attention to the main components, dynamic and static precision calculation of the system, and according to the control theory, System open-loop, closed-loop transfer function, analysis of the main parameters of the system. The calculation method of the system static accuracy calculation is proposed, the relevant formulas are deduced, and the main performance test is carried out. In this paper, the design of similar electro-hydraulic servo system such as large flow electro-hydraulic servo system device (large hydraulic vibration test bench, fatigue testing machine, etc.) have some reference value.
