随着经济全球化,社会水平不断的提高,在亟需知识改变未来的时代,知识管理工作越来越重要。通过以往的实践经验表明,隐性知识称得上是重要的知识资源,在现阶段的研究过程中,对于如何将隐性知识转换为可用知识是其研究的重点,以确保为工会管理提供有效的服务,其在当前工会管理工作中处于发展趋势。本文介绍了知识管理理论研究的现状以及工会管理模式现状,并对知识管理在工会管理应用中的创新型进行了分析,从而提出知识管理在工会管理应用中的策略,以提高工会管理的效率。
With the economic globalization and continuous improvement of social standards, knowledge management is becoming more and more important in a time when knowledge is needed to change the future. Past practical experience shows that tacit knowledge can be regarded as an important knowledge resource. At the present stage of research, how to transform tacit knowledge into usable knowledge is the focus of its research to ensure effective management for the trade union Service, which is in a trend of development in the management of the current trade union. This paper introduces the status quo of knowledge management theory and the status quo of the trade union management mode. It also analyzes the innovation of knowledge management in the application of trade union management, and puts forward the strategy of knowledge management in the application of trade union management to improve the efficiency of the management of trade union.
