[目的]追踪研究大学生体质指数(BMI)的变化情况,了解其在校期间的营养状况,为开展大学生营养健康教育、提高大学生群体的健康水平提供依据。[方法]采用队列研究,对入校及毕业前夕的大学生进行身高、体重的测量;比较其体质指数的变化。[结果]样本人群在校期间肥胖率上升58.62%。离校与入校时的BMI相比,男生低体重人数减少、肥胖人数增加;女生超重人数显著减少,营养不良人数高于男生,两性间差异有统计学意义(χ2=79.17,P﹤0.01)。[结论]该校应针对大学生人群的特点,开展营养健康教育,以提高大学生群体的健康水平。
[Objective] To study the changes of body mass index (BMI) of undergraduates and understand the nutritional status of undergraduates in school, so as to provide basis for carrying out nutrition and health education among college students and improving their health level. [Methods] A cohort study was conducted to measure the height and weight of undergraduates entering school and on the eve of graduation. The changes of their body mass index were compared. [Results] The obesity rate of sample population increased by 58.62% during school. Compared with BMI at school and school, the number of male underweight and obesity increased, the number of overweight women decreased significantly, and the number of malnutrition was higher than that of male undergraduates. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 79.17, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The school should carry out nutrition and health education according to the characteristics of college students to improve the health of college students.
