随着城市轨道交通行业的快速发展,城市轨道交通企业(以下简称“城轨企业”)的规模和数量都有了大幅提升,相应地,企业人力资源需求也同步加大,用工风险发生的概率大大增加;另一方面,随着人力资源需求和社会用工环境的不断规范,劳动者维权意识的不断增强,发生劳动争议的概率不断提高,带给企业的损失也越来越大。本文针对城轨企业易出现的用工风险点进行分析,给出相应的规避措施,并提出了企业用工风险管理模式。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit industry, the scale and quantity of urban rail transit enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “urban rail enterprises”) have greatly increased. Correspondingly, the demand for human resources of enterprises has also been increased simultaneously, and the employment risks On the other hand, with the continual standardization of human resources demand and social employment environment, the awareness of workers’ rights protection has been continuously enhanced, the probability of labor disputes rising and the losses brought to the enterprises are also getting bigger and bigger. This article analyzes the risk points of employment risks which are easy to appear in the city-rail enterprises, gives the corresponding measures to avoid them, and puts forward the risk management mode of the employment of enterprises.
