目的:建立硫熏中药材、中药饮片中硫及各价态硫残留物的快速检测方法。方法:采用改良古蔡氏法,对3个品种的17批中药材及饮片进行试验,检验中药材、饮片的熏硫情况,测定含硫化合物的残留量。并对实验条件进行方法学验证。结果与结论:中药材、饮片的硫化铅斑点清晰,与标准斑点比对,可以确定硫化物的含量范围。操作简便,灵敏度高,是一种快速检验熏硫药材的定性方法和半定量方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid method for the determination of sulfur and valence sulfur residue in sulfur smoked Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese herbal medicine slices. Methods: Using the improved ancient Chua’s method, 17 batches of Chinese medicinal herbs and pieces from 3 varieties were tested. The sulfur smoked condition of Chinese herbal medicines and slices was tested, and the residues of sulfur compounds were determined. And the experimental conditions for methodological verification. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The spots of lead sulfide in Chinese herbal medicine and herbal pieces were clear and compared with the standard spots to determine the content of sulfide. Easy to operate, high sensitivity, is a rapid test of qualitative and semi-quantitative methods sulfur smoked medicinal herbs.
