淋巴上皮瘤样癌(lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma,LELC)最早于1921年由Regaud等报道,指发生于鼻咽部之外,但在组织病理学上与鼻咽部淋巴上皮瘤相似的肿瘤,其形态学特点是未分化癌组织中伴有大量淋巴细胞浸润。LELC可发生于胃、肺、涎腺、膀胱、胸腺、子宫颈、阴道和皮肤等部位,其中以原发于食管的LELC最为罕见。
Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) was first reported by Regaud et al in 1921 and refers to a tumor that occurs outside of the nasopharynx but is histologically similar to nasopharyngeal lymphoepithelioma. Its morphology Features are undifferentiated cancer tissue associated with a large number of lymphocytic infiltration. LELC can occur in the stomach, lung, salivary gland, bladder, thymus, cervix, vagina and skin and other parts, of which LELC is the most common in the esophagus.
