人性化管理是一种从人性出发、以人为本进行的管理模式,这种管理以满足人的需要和人的全面发展为根本目的。情绪管理则是将人本原理为核心,以和谐管理为目标。它是在人性假设的基础上,管理者逐渐对情绪的控制和调节进行重视的基础上应运而生的,人性假设对于情绪管理具有重要的指导意义。
Humanized management is a man-oriented management mode starting from human nature. This management is based on meeting the needs of man and the all-round development of man as its fundamental purpose. Emotional management is based on the human principle as the core, with the goal of harmonious management. It is based on the assumption of human nature that managers came into being based on the gradual emphasis on the control and regulation of emotions.
