目前,提高速度训练的方法很多,特别是加“阻力”训练和加“助力”训练越来越引起重视,从而推出了上、下坡跑,加速跑,牵引跑等各种辅助练习法。几年来,我在教学与训练中采用了橡皮筋做辅助器械进行速度练习,显示出了其它辅助器械不可代替的优越性和实效性。一、器材、场地要求有几条5米至10米(原始长度)能轻松拉长与收缩的橡皮筋。有一块长度约60米、比较平整的场地。
