神经调节蛋白-1(NRG-1)通过受体酪氨酸激酶(RTK),如ERBB受体对心肌细胞的生长、增殖和迁移起着不可替代的作用。近年来的相关体内和体外研究显示,NRG-1在整个生命过程中都参与对心肌生理的调节,重组NRG-1具有治疗心血管疾病的潜在能力,且正在动物模型和临床研究中探索。针对ERBB的抗癌治疗所致的心肌毒性暗示ERBB信号通路对心脏功能的维持有重要的作用。本文就近年来关于NRG-1/ERBB信号通路在心血管系统中的研究进展做一综述。
Neuregulin-1 (NRG-1) plays an irreplaceable role in the growth, proliferation and migration of cardiomyocytes via receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) such as ERBB receptors. Recent in vivo and in vitro studies have shown that NRG-1 is involved in the regulation of cardiac physiology throughout life and that recombinant NRG-1 has the potential to treat cardiovascular disease and is being explored in animal models and clinical studies. Cardiotoxicity induced by anticancer treatment of ERBB suggests that the ERBB signaling pathway plays an important role in the maintenance of cardiac function. This review summarizes recent advances in the NRG-1 / ERBB signaling pathway in the cardiovascular system.
