随着中国经济国际化的飞速发展,中日两国的文化交流和贸易往来更加频繁,更多的日资企业进驻中国,加之日本老龄少子化的日趋严峻,对懂日语的技术人才更是求之若渴。因此培养毕业即能就业的应用型日语人才,是高校日语专业的首要目标。笔者有在日本留学和日企工作的经历,切身的感受到日语实际运用能力在职场环境中的重要性。语言表述能力是人际关系,商务洽谈成功与否的关键。因此为了提升日语专业学生的实际应用能力,在职场环境中交流自如,笔者所在院校从2013级开始,尝试了直接教学法和中外教共同授课方式,目前已收到了明显的教学效果。本文将结合笔者自身运用直接教学法的感悟,浅析如何运用直接教学法来提升学生的日语听说能力。
With the rapid development of the international economy in China, cultural exchanges and trade exchanges between China and Japan are more frequent and more Japanese-funded enterprises are stationed in China. In addition, the increasingly serious problem of Japan’s aging minority is to seek more technical personnel who can understand Japanese Thirsty. Therefore, the training of graduates that can apply for employment of Japanese-speaking professionals, is the primary goal of college Japanese major. The author has experience of studying in Japan and working for Japanese companies and personally senses the importance of Japanese practical ability in the workplace environment. Language proficiency is the key to human relations and business success. Therefore, in order to enhance the practical ability of Japanese majors and communicate freely in the workplace environment, the author’s school started from 2013 and tried the direct teaching method and the teaching mode jointly provided by Chinese and foreign teachers. At present, it has received obvious teaching effects. This article will combine the author’s own direct teaching method of perception, analysis of how to use direct teaching method to enhance students’ Japanese listening and speaking ability.
