目的:观察生物电刺激治疗恶性肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法:215例白细胞减少患者随机分为试验组(n=116)和对照组(n=99),试验组用SPW白细胞增长仪治疗7天,对照组用常规升白细胞药物治疗15天,观察外周血白细胞计数及不良反应。结果:试验组有效率64.66%,对照组有效率43.43%,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);且试验组在减轻恶心呕吐、增进食欲、改善体力精神等方面均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物电刺激升白细胞效果显著,且一定程度上能减轻不良反应,与化疗联合应用,有标本兼治作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of bioelectrical stimulation on leucopenia after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor and evaluate its clinical value. Methods: A total of 215 patients with leukopenia were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 116) and control group (n = 99). The experimental group was treated with SPW leukocytometer for 7 days and the control group received routine leukocyte drug treatment for 15 days. Blood white blood cell count and adverse reactions. Results: The effective rate was 64.66% in the experimental group and 43.43% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01); and the experimental group was better than the others in reducing nausea and vomiting, increasing appetite and improving physical strength Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Bioelectrical stimulation of leukocytes is effective, and to a certain extent, can reduce adverse reactions, combined with chemotherapy, there are both symptoms and symptoms.
